Founded in 1940 by the late Sherman Parmenter, our agency has its roots in the independent agency system, being a long standing member of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America. Parmenter Insurance is also one of sixty agencies across Georgia that make up Shared Agency Services, a cooperative partnership representing over 100 insurance companies.
