Business Owners Commercial Insurance Georgia

Most insurance companies that write commercial insurance in Georgia can write what is called a Business Owners policy.  This type of policy can be used to cover the insurance needs of many types of small businesses in the institutional, retail, office, wholesale, and service categories.  Lessor's Risk can also be covered.  The Business Owners policy packages property and commercial general liability coverages to offer a more affordable insurance coverage option than writing these coverages mono-line.  Building and business personal property coverage limits are written on a replacement cost basis with no co-insurance.   There are different deductible options available.  Loss of income is usually provided for no limit, twelve months, and usually no deductible.  Commercial General liability includes products, personal injury premises medical payments, and damage to premises rented to you.  Usually Commercial general liability  is written at a $1,000,000 per occurrence limit.  An aggregate limit can be for two or three times the per occurrence limit.  Usually endorsements are available that bundle additional coverages together in extremely affordable packages.  Money and securities coverage and employee dishonesty coverage is often provided in the endorsements.  They usually limit the amount of coverage for employee dishonesty to $10,000, $15,000, $20,000, or $25,0000.

There are usually several company billed payment plans available such as monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual. Some insurance companies even give you a discount for paying an annual premium.
