Upon moving to Cartersville in 1989, it was my intent to secure an agency that was both local to my business, and professional. I found it in the agency that you run. I soon realized that you operated with : # 1. personal service # 2. Availability #3. Accountability

Both Rebecca and I feel comfort in knowing that you are not too distant , and can service our account expediently and effectively, which you have proven to do. As you are both aware, we left your agency for a brief time in 1992, for a local agency with a "cheaper" rate. We soon found out it was also for "cheaper-no call back" customer no service. In 1993, we began to trade again with you, and have been with you since, with absolutely no intention to change. Thus, we have been your customer for over 20 years, and regard you both as friends as well as professional providers, both corporately and personally.

In my business of construction, the adage seems to be: "Cheaper is Always better". I'm sure people regard insurance the same, however, we all know, you get what you pay for. You have always proven to me that this is not true, and that you have always offered to us the best of attention and services.
